Cíntia are an instrumental music band formed in 2017 by young musicians from Lisbon. Their sound is a mixture with characteristics of jazz, experimental electronic music and more alternative currents of rock, among other influences. With Simão Bárcia on guitar and electronics, Tom Maciel on keyboards and synths and Ricardo Oliveira on drums, Cíntia is a band in constant mutation, whose musical ambitions and proposals change with every concert. They released in August 2019 four videos from a live session recorded at B. Leza and have been presenting their work in venues such as Damas, Sabotage and SMUP. More recently they have been touring the country in a series of concerts organized by jazz.pt’s Cena Jovem.
