Lives and works in Lisbon. Her thought and practice develop in painting and music, and the public presentations of her work come back between the two. She completed her degree in Fine Arts – Painting in 2004, and her Master in Contemporary Artistic Practices in 2008, both from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto.
Together with André Abel they form since 2005 Tropa Macaca, duo of contemporary electronic composition. She was awarded the Anteciparte Millenium BCP Prize (2005) and winner of the 5th Edition of the Atelier-Museu Júlio Pomar/ EGEAC and RU – Residency Unlimited, NY (2020).
Inov-art scholarship holder in Rio de Janeiro, in the Artist Residency Helmet (2010-2011), participated in the ZDB Residencies (2011) and in the Lagamas Artist Residency promoted by the Cournelius Foundation (2013). In 2018 she integrated Toda Matéria, a multimedia collective that performed live at Galeria Lehman+Silva, in Porto, at Resident Advisor: Lisa at Galeria Zé dos Bois, in Lisbon, and at OUT.FEST, in Barreiro.
