Solo for trumpet and electronics
Born in Swaziland, and resident in Portugal for several years, Yaw has been developing a work characterized by the exploration of the concepts of transitority and
fragility in a process that has crossed several areas of creation – fine arts, video, dance; music has been the greatest pretext for experimentation in projects such as GUME, Sírius and Zarabatana.
As a trumpeter, has developed a work based on the exploration of the timbre possibilities of this instrument through acoustic resources such as the modification of surdinas and trumpets and the implementation of electronic processes, has the work edited in several national and foreign publishers, among which, Clean Feed, Creative Sources, Shhpuma, three: four records(Ch), A giant Fern(Uk).
