On December 4, we will host a masterclass with John Edwards, an English double bassist and leading figure in creative jazz and free improvisation, who has brought a whole new world to the approach to the instrument, combining virtuosity with relentless creativity.
John Edwards has performed over the years in different parts of the globe, both solo and alongside names such as Peter Brotzman, Wadada Leo Smith, Louis Moholo, Mulatu Astakte, among others.
The masterclass is open to any instrumentalist, regardless of level, upon prior registration.
