There are ends that are imminent, inevitable, even desired: the end of the housing bubble; of late-stage techno-feudal capitalism; of the occupation of Palestine; in short, of the warmongering empire. This is not the case with our gatherings in the ZDB aquarium, where once again we will celebrate collective joy, shamelessness (our own and others’), anti-competitiveness, and collaborative spectacle. Let’s bring back the carnival, because good things end when we want them to!

After a five-year spiritual retreat at ZdB, DJ Cansada returns with a selection of 100% corny music, ranging from rarities and forgotten classics to oddball disco and timeless ballads, without ever losing her groove. A regular presence on the scene, her monthly show on East Side Radio, “Audiovit60,” confirms her eclectic, intuitive, and deeply emotional signature style.
Arrlomp was born in Cape Verde and, like a bolt of lightning, traverses the world sharing his music, creating a geographical connection of rhythms and grooves that flow together, blending seamlessly, always with great love and the delicacy of a flash of positive energy.
