The Monster and Me

I took on this form in conversation with nature.
I was born a brother, a friend, a villain and an assassin hired by nature.
Its tongue has moulded my tongue, my snout, my fangs and my throat.
If you find me among the branches and shrubs of a bush, you won’t question the space I occupy, nor the shape of my enormous shadow that eclipses and distorts and transforms everything that surrounds me and rests at my feet.
You too can take part in the composition!
You’ll see that my odour captivates you.
You’ll also see that I share some similarities with a domestic animal!
Can’t you feel the jewel of your vitality cracking?
Well, I’ll be the splinter that’s missing.
Although bestial, I’m also courteous.
