Although the word “rumba” appears as the title of each of Paco Moreno’s albums, his songs escape any labelling. Rumba is the inspiring essence from which he draws his stories. And it includes pop, cumbia, bolero, urban rhythms, salsa, essentially everything that crosses his path and interests him, without any preconceptions.

Cabiria
Sophisticated disco-pop revivalism, hints of HI-NRG, nuances of city pop and references to Italian melodic song are the ingredients of a cocktail called Cabiria, served between velvet walls and chequered surfaces. Its creator, Eva Valero, made her name with “City of the two moons” in 2021, followed by “Nicomáquea” in 2023, exercises in pop and synthetic brilliance where she explores various sound universes.
Sallim
Sallim is a multidisciplinary artist whose work ranges from visual arts and textiles to music and poetry. She has released three albums under her own name and has been a member of the independent collective-publisher Cafetra since 2016, with which she develops a music creation, editing and programming project.
After Isula (2016) and A ver o que acontece (2019), and alongside various collaborations with his label mates such as Lourenço Crespo and Maria Reis, Sallim released a dor, o diagnóstico e o desejo in December 2023, a set of home recordings of original songs, versions and a poem, which make up just one part of his growing new repertoire.
In addition to her solo and guitar formats, she now performs live as a trio, accompanied by artists Leonor Arnaut (Fumo Ninja, Chão Maior, Leida) and Leonor Cabrita (Orca).
