Saul Adamczewski

Saul’s first band the Metros burned bright and fast, appearing and pulling a huge advance that was blown through in seconds in a traditional rock n roll style and disappearing just like that. By the time of his next band he was as hungry as ever and with the Fat White Family he reanimated once again the rotting corpse of rock n roll – a colour band in a black and white world, a maelstrom raging round a creative centre of Lias Saoudi and Saul Adamcewski. As FWF marched onwards, Saul created, joined or otherwise dived into a number of other projects including Insecure Men. Warmduscher, Moonlandingz.
Saul released a couple of solo records. The Coward is his latest project and also an album with his Insecure Men colleague Marley Mackey. The album came out in March this year and has several features from the American outsider poet John S. Hall

Crying out loud. emo kid, sad frog. real life gaming. Natural Intelligence. Ringtone ballads through a straw. Music from a biographical diary that may or may not be fiction.
I sit down at the keyboard to play. I lean toward the mic to sing.

Lizatron

Lizatron, a record collector and digger, is behind Invisible Sounds, a DJ/promoter/record label/radio show formed in London and now based in Lisbon. She is a prominent figure in the Lisbon scene, not only as a DJ but also promoting events. She’s played up and down Portugal at many of the top venues (Lux, Outra Cena, ZDB, Passos Manuel). She has a long-term relationship with the cult club Salon des Amateurs in Dusseldorf which has been strengthened by bringing Tolouse LowTrax, Lucas and Marijana Croon, and Lena Willikens to Portugal. Lizatron has always been a keen supporter of femme DJs and acts and so she is particularly proud of organising several successful events for International Women’s Day in both London and Lisbon. Similarly she was happy to be one of the three organisers of the 2022 Isodea Festival in Barreiro, Portugal which focused on femme and trans artists and at which she also performed.
She was behind the release of Jaguar no Me Misekake LP in 2020 on her Invisible Sounds record label together with Idle Rich
Lizatron is a resident at Fiasco in Porto and also has two radio residencies; she contributes to Mutant Radio in Tbilisi with her quarterly podcast Invisible Sounds and has a fortnightly show Formation on recently relaunched East Side Radio in Lisbon.
